Today I woke up really late, I didn't have much sleep last night. when I woke up I checked my phone, my alarm must of been click off, at this point of time I have missed church, so I pulled out my Bible and listen to some gospel music.Now I am online checking my assignments for next week.Later on today I will be going to the mall to shop for Christmas.I want  to wish everyone Merry Christmas and a happy holiday.

Today I woke up and began reading chapters in my philosophy book. After completing my discussing questions,I am now online reading reviews for my other finals next week. I believe  media has made a great impact on my life. I notice that before my challenge I was using media everda and every hour , now  my hours and days are limit.I believe I have accomplish so much with out the use of media.

Today I woke up by the sound of my alarm going off. I put my clothes on and checked the morning weather on my phone. Soon after I made breakfast ,I login to my distance online classes.My day will consist of reading and studying for my final tomorrow.I will not have anymore contact with media today. At this time media is not important for me until finals are over.I know that I will take breaks though out  my studying,so I will use that time to exercises.

Today,I am studying for my finals and quizzes in my online classes.It is definitely a challenge for me to memorize everything while reading.My day has consist with online reading and written assignments.I don't have anytime for any use of media. I am a little tired,but I believe that once I have completed everything I will be able to use other sources of media.I have cut my TV off, and my phone is on vibrate. I am definitely dedicated to my homework.

Today I am feeling drained from reading and completing homework assignments. I just proof read my five page paper and finshed my powerpoint. I still have to study for my finals and complete a quiz before Friday.I don't have time for any other use of media.My day has consist of online assignments. It's been very difficult for me to not  listen to my music or watch my favorite TV shows.I have been do busy ,I really don't even notice anyone or anything.

Today, I went online to complete my daily assignments.My day consist of creating a powerpoint and writing a two page essay. I believe my Media use is excessive this morning, because I am working on homework assignment and looking for classes for spring semster. This afternoon, I watched the News and weather forecast. I spent majority of the day online.

Good afternoon everyone,Today I woke up and went to church.I had a great time listening to the preacher.My day has consists of spending time with my family,going out to eat.Now that we have finshed our meal,we are going a little Christmas shopping.I have not used any media today.I am feeling good that I am able to go without in just a few hours.

Today my alarm on my phone went off at 8:00a.m.,so I decided that I would get up and cook breakfast.After eating,I went to my laptop and login in to my eagle online and check my account to go shopping for small business Saturday.My day will only consist of going to my family house and shopping for the winter.It feels good to get out , not sitting in the house online all day.

Today I begin my class at the gym. I am excited about my zumba class, I believe it will be exciting to dance while working out.My day consist of online school assignments. I believe that my use of media has slowed me down because its very time consuming.When I am not using any media ,I notice that I am very focus and my grades are higher .I am considering changing the amount of time I spend using media and focus on my family.

Today I will not be using any media.I am so excited no homework for me.I will be cooking with my family and spending time eating a great meal.It will be a food contest for the best dessert and afternoon board games.I will be taking my famous pecans pies and sweet potatoe cheesecake.I just want to tell everyone Happy Thanksgiving!

It is the day before Thanksgiving and I have to complete two quizzes and read two chapters by tomorrow.I am really busy, my day will consist of reading and taking quizzes.Around seven o clock, I will begin making my pies for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.It will be a great day for me because my family came in from out of town and  we are going to be up all night cooking dinner. I am excited about spending time with my family,I talked on the phone with my lilttle sister and a few of cousins today.

I woke up early this morning and went to work,Now that I am almost off I will login on my hcc eagle online to check my daily discussion.Today will be a busy day since Thanksgiving is in a few days, i have alot of shopping to do.Around six o'clock I will begin reading my philosophy book for my quiz and essay due Friday! I find it strange since I haven't been using media my day goes by really fast.I am so busy that I don't even think about surfing the web or chatting online.

Today I woke up and went to church,my day has been very blessed. I am now home working on my online discussion and  watching online videos. Today will be family day, my sister and I are going shopping and to the gym later.

It is now 8.46 p.m. and I can't believe I just finished all my homework,I am now able to go vist my friends and have dinner at a nice restaurant.My day has consist of homework online and reading chapters in Mass Communication class.Now that I am free from reading ,I am going to get dress and spend time with some friends!

I am feeling really sluggish today.I just finshed reading two chapters in my anthropology book and taking a quiz.My day has consist of online homework.I have not had time to talk on the phone or text my friends. It seems a little overwhelming sometimes,but i must admit I am able to accomplish alot with out media.I am now eating dinner and researching for my English paper.

Today I am really busy, I woke up and went to work, now that I am off eotk, I am headed home to finsh my online assignments.It had been very overwhelming today,I usually cut my music on my phone on in the morning  to listen to my gospel. Usually when I wake up early I watch some TV, my daily routine as changed and a little difficult to adjust too.I believe this will be a huge challenge for me.Later on today i will cook dinner anf begin reading chapters in my Mass Communication class.

It is now 3:15 p.m and I have made it with out social media .I am really feeling  great that I have accomplish so much by focusing only on me and my chores. I have been online working on group projects and group discussion with my class mates,since I have been working out I also feel better,i am usually to busy for anything because I give all my attention to online sites. Today I have talked to my family and ran the track with a friend!!

Today has been a very good day!  This morning I actually read the morning newpaper,then I began my online assignments.Soon after I begin walking the track,and running two miles.At this point I have completed my Morning duties.Now it's time for me to get ready for work.

Today I went to church to praise and rejoice with my friends .Soon after I went home and begin working on my online homework.At this moment, I am watching a video about human genetic variation .My evening has been very fulfilling,I also talked on the phone with my grandmother and my  niece today.Later on today my day will consist of cleaning up and finished reading my new book called, "Think like A Man" by Steve Harvey.

Today I received good news from the job interview I had last week. I found out that I got the job. My day consist of reading articles online and studying for my exam.After a long day of studying,I decided to go to grocery store ,and to my suspise they where playing Christmas music.The music was very enlighting to my ears as I continue to shop.

Today things started off really slow for me. I begin reading a chapter in my English II book about annotated bibliography.I then completed my online discussions.After the couple hours of reading again,I decided I would watch the online class videos for my communication class.Now that I have completed majority of my assignment I will begin making dinner .

Today is a great day I went to a hospital for a interview.I am very confident that I will get the job.After  spending a couple hours at the interview, I am now completing homework assignment online, Soon after I am going to call my niece and chat on the phone..Later on I will begin reading my new book, "Think like A Man" written by Steve Harvey.

Today started off really good,the sun was shining and every one was excited to be at church.. After reading my bible and going to church ,I went home and started my homework assignments. Today I went to the public library to find a book to write a English paper .After completing my paper,I gather my laptop and headed home to clean up. Soon after that I am going to the gym to my Zumba class.

Soon after hours of homework I begin talking on my phone to my grandmother for another hour.Then I begin my after noon run around the track.After my two mile run I came home to start  looking for jobs online.My day consist of online activities and family communication.

Today is a good day! I have accomplish all of my house duties..At this moment, I am doing homework assignment on HCC eagleoline.After completing my assignment I will soon begin my late afternoon run.My day is still not completed,I will then begin cooking a soul food meal out of our family recipe book.

Today the time has went back, So I will be enjoying my extra hour of sleep. I believe, today is the first time I have actually went outside to sit on my balcony. During this challenge, I am having some kind of withdraws from social media, but it's quite relaxing to spend time outside feeling the soft breeze. Yesterday was a great day for me , I went bowling with my nieces, and play card games with them. Today I will be cooking dinner and completing homework assignments on HCC Eagle online.
