Today I woke up really late, I didn't have much sleep last night. when I woke up I checked my phone, my alarm must of been click off, at this point of time I have missed church, so I pulled out my Bible and listen to some gospel music.Now I am online checking my assignments for next week.Later on today I will be going to the mall to shop for Christmas.I want  to wish everyone Merry Christmas and a happy holiday.

Today I woke up and began reading chapters in my philosophy book. After completing my discussing questions,I am now online reading reviews for my other finals next week. I believe  media has made a great impact on my life. I notice that before my challenge I was using media everda and every hour , now  my hours and days are limit.I believe I have accomplish so much with out the use of media.

Today I woke up by the sound of my alarm going off. I put my clothes on and checked the morning weather on my phone. Soon after I made breakfast ,I login to my distance online classes.My day will consist of reading and studying for my final tomorrow.I will not have anymore contact with media today. At this time media is not important for me until finals are over.I know that I will take breaks though out  my studying,so I will use that time to exercises.

Today,I am studying for my finals and quizzes in my online classes.It is definitely a challenge for me to memorize everything while reading.My day has consist with online reading and written assignments.I don't have anytime for any use of media. I am a little tired,but I believe that once I have completed everything I will be able to use other sources of media.I have cut my TV off, and my phone is on vibrate. I am definitely dedicated to my homework.

Today I am feeling drained from reading and completing homework assignments. I just proof read my five page paper and finshed my powerpoint. I still have to study for my finals and complete a quiz before Friday.I don't have time for any other use of media.My day has consist of online assignments. It's been very difficult for me to not  listen to my music or watch my favorite TV shows.I have been do busy ,I really don't even notice anyone or anything.

Today, I went online to complete my daily assignments.My day consist of creating a powerpoint and writing a two page essay. I believe my Media use is excessive this morning, because I am working on homework assignment and looking for classes for spring semster. This afternoon, I watched the News and weather forecast. I spent majority of the day online.

Good afternoon everyone,Today I woke up and went to church.I had a great time listening to the preacher.My day has consists of spending time with my family,going out to eat.Now that we have finshed our meal,we are going a little Christmas shopping.I have not used any media today.I am feeling good that I am able to go without in just a few hours.
